E.L. Mickle, of the Volusia County Bank and Trust Co., writes Dr. Lincoln Hulley, President of John B. Stetson University, to request a partial release of mortgage for Lots 11 and 12, Block 1 (D.D. Rogers' map) in DeLand. The Jackson family owns part of the property, and it was erroneously included in the original mortgage for the University. An enclosure from E.L. Mickle to Clifford B. Rosa, John B. Stetson University Bursar, indicates that all land has been released.
