Henry A. DeLand and Sarah E. DeLand convey 14 acres of Section 9, Township 17 South, Range 30 East in DeLand to Henry C. Stack. As Sarah E. DeLand is ""ill and unable to sign or execute the said deed,"" Henry DeLand includes a hand-written letter that conveys the land to Henry Strack on her behalf.
