Description
Stetson diploma awarded to Leila May Child in 1893. Leila Child was the first graduate of the College in 1893, and this is therefore the first Stetson University Degree awarded. Harry S. Winters would be the second college graduate in 1896. See Memorabilia 1327 for the 1890 DeLand Academy diploma of Richard Franklin Adams - who was one of the earliest Academy graduates.
