Portrait of Zachary Taylor, President of the United States, 1845-1850. Framed oil on canvas painting by American artist Charles X. Harris, born 1856. Portrait, believed to have been painted in the 1900s, was originally given to Stetson in the 1940s and displayed for many years in the chapel and at Elizabeth Hall. Canvas vandalized.
