U. S. Army shoulder boards (rank of Captain) for wear with the Army Blue Uniform that belonged to Ned Ricks, class of 1968 and Vietnam veteran. The yellow color signified the Armor Branch. New in original plastic box. See Memorabilia 2387, 2388, 2389 for uniform.
