National Society of Pershing Rifles certificate that belonged to Ned Ricks, class of 1968 and Vietnam veteran. 'Know Ye That Ned B. Ricks having been duly elected by Company S, Sixteenth Regiment and reposing special confidence in his integrity and ability he is hereby commissoned a First Lieutenant to hold such active rank as such from the twelfth day of May, 1966.' Ricks was a member of the Pershing Rifles while a student at Stetson.
