U. S. Army Blue Mess uniform Jacket that belonged to Ned Ricks, class of 1968 and Vietnam veteran. This uniform worn on formal, indoor occasions. Satin lapels colored to match the branch assignment of the officer; yellow represents Armor. Trousers to uniform is Memorabilia 2389.
