Description
U. S. Army camouflage scarf that belonged to Ned Ricks, class of 1968 and Vietnam veteran. During the 'Winter Uniform Season' in Europe, a scarf or bib was worn that filled the throat opening of the fatigue shirt. This version is homemade by Ricks from camouflage parachute cloth with an added button and button hole.
