Certificate of membership for William A. Kelley in the International Bar Association of the Ryukyu Islands. In English and Japanese. Colonel William A. 'Spike' Kelley had a distinguised Army career. He retired to Volusia County, Florida and donated his collection of signed photographs of prominent military leaders and political figures, as well as some of his personal memorabilia, to the Stetson University Library.
