Certificate of appreciation from the Halifax Area Central Veterans Council to Colonel W. A. Kelley. In appreciation of services for efforts to get Public Law #82-436 recognized. Colonel William A. 'Spike' Kelley had a distinguised Army career. He retired to Volusia County, Florida and donated his collection of signed photographs of prominent military leaders and political figures, as well as some of his personal memorabilia, to the Stetson University Library.
