Handwritten cover letter dated April 4, 1898 from M. Davis, the President of the DeLand Board of Trade, to John B. Stetson, presenting three bound illuminated manuscript sheets with resolutions passed by the DeLand Board of Trade in appreciate of the varied and valued services to the city by John B. Stetson. Signed by the officers of the Board of Trade, including John F. Forbes, first President of Stetson University. See memorabilia #2166 for resolutions. Autographed.
