Delta Sigma Phi fraternity paddle that belonged to Jim Cox who attended Stetson in the late 1940s-early 1950s after a stint in the Navy. He married Mary Tribble, Stetson alumna, who was the niece of faculty member Mary Tibble Lowery. Paddle has Jimmy '49 on it. Also small paddle attached with 'Alpha Chi Chapter' on one side and 'Sailor's Ball May 21, 1949' on the other.
