An interior view of the Marshall and Vera Rinker Welcome Center McGraw Atrium, June 22, 2016. The Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Welcome Center is a three-story, 24,000 square-foot structure in the middle of Stetson�s historic district. The center welcomes prospective students and their parents to campus, assists current students, and welcomes alumni back to campus. Site work and a parking area for the building was completed in Fall 2015, and construction continued through the Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 semesters. The building opened in September 2016.
