Stetson students, faculty, staff, administrators and community neighbors gathered near Hulley Tower on campus Tuesday night, Nov. 28, 2023 for the 75th�Annual Yule Log Lighting ceremony. Representing multiple different faiths, they shared �Celebrations of Light� and offered words of encouragement and hope. Traditionally a symbolic celebration, Stetson�s Yule Log Lighting represents the university�s ceremonial start of the holiday season. This year, the cool, crisp weather served as the ideal backdrop to commemorate the �coming of light into the darkness� and the moment when the days �stop becoming shorter and darker, and begin to move toward light and warmth.�
