Frierson, former President of the DeLand Chamber of Commerce and Westinghouse dealer, after Miss Butts won first place in a Holler Fountain Photo Contest. The fountain was buildt by Westinghouse and exhibited at the Florida State pavillion at the New York World's Fair. Mounted with matte and typed caption.
