Title
Andre Bieler and his mother Blanche Bieler at the Spanish Fort ramparts in St. Augustine, Florida in 1920. Andre Charles Bieler of Montreal, Canada attended Stetson in 1920 studying under Stetson's Director of Art, Professor Harry Davis Fluhart. Bieler later became a renown Canadian painter, draftsman, sculptor, printmaker, muralist, educator, and national leader in the artist community. This image was donated by Andre Bieler's grandson Phillipe Baylaucq.
