Title
Billy L. Cypress, an ROTC member, is given a 2nd Lt. commission pin by his mother upon graduating in 1965. He was the first Native American to graduate from Stetson University. After rising to the rank of Major in the Army and earning master's and doctoral degrees, he served as the Executive Director of the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum.
