Description
Beige beaver wool felt Rancher Stetson hat with matching ribbon hat band and black, red, green, yellow, brown and white feathers, c. 1950. The hat was purchased in Colorado Springs, Colorado in the early 1950s by Sidney P. Phillips, at the time a Captain in the U. S. Air Force and later a resident and land owner in DeLeon Springs. Donated by his daughter, Lillian Phillips Shelton, in 2011.
