Description
Two hats spliced together to show distinction between changing men's styles. Half of the hat is a gray 1950 Dobbs Twenty hat, while the other half is a black or dark brown 1960s hat of unknown hat manufacturer. In addition to threading, inside is held together with pieces of tape. Donated By Thomas F. Toscani (J.D., Stetson Class of 1973), whose father, Francis D. Toscani, was a Men's Wear designer; he used the hats in his collection as accessories in design shows.
